Alecia's Backdrop What is this?
Why?
They make music that is bigger than the four guys in the band. They treat music like it can change your life, change the world, and even save your soul. It's about longing, and salvation and finding God somewhere in the mix. When I went to Africa, my iPod shuffle mode kept coming back to this band, which I found appropriate, not because of the work Bono does for Africa, but because the scope of the music fit the place. Epic, joyfulness, and sorrow all rolled into one.
Why?
Cause the system is fucked up.
Why?
AKA when living in Florida is awesome.
Why?
O'Keefe's work is simple, yet moving and my favorite painting is by Caravaggio.

I don't know, Alecia. I'd say insulting Jeanne's ancestral history, not to mention the star she originated from is pretty damn creative;)
